What does happiness means to you ?????
Is it having more money or doing the things you love……
What gives us real happiness? The term happiness is used in the context of mental or emotional states, including positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. It is also used in the context of life satisfaction and subjective well-being.
Happiness includes all forms of emotions and mental stages. One can find happiness in little things like chilling with his/her family on a weekend along a riverside or a late night party with your childhood friends. Happiness is a feeling which you feel when you know that you are doing great in your life and you are happy with it.
“Because happiness drives everything”
The happiness is within you and you can’t get it from the outside world. It comes within oneself when you are happy with your life and the things you are doing to make it even more better. It’s just electrifying. It is connected with your health too.
When one is having a healthy mind and body happiness comes by itself. You smile whole day long and you just start enjoying the things you do.
Happiness is a direction, not a place.
